Mission Moments

In the ELCA, we often talk about God's work being carried out through our hands. This is a reminder that we all have the awesome gift and responsibility to help usher in God's kingdom here and now. This mission is not just carried out by our congregation or the institutional church alone. All people of goodwill, striving for justice, healing, and peace, are caught up in this beautiful mission. At Messiah, our Mission Moments are periodic testimonies delivered during our Sunday assembly to give us a testimony and invitation into how God's mission is unfolding in our community by other ministries, individuals, and non-profit organizations.
