For all the Saints

Our next Forum series will lead us to the celebration of All Saints’ Sunday on November 1st. Starting August 23rd, our 9:30am Forum time will give you an opportunity to learn about a different saint or hero of the faith. Although we place a slightly different emphasis on saints in the Lutheran movement, we still acknowledge that all our ancestors are saints who remain in spiritual relationship with us. We look to the lives of particularly heroic ancestors for guidance, wisdom, and inspiration. You can even find a calendar of days in which we remember certain saints in your Evangelical Lutheran Worship hymnal (pg.14-17).

During the series, each Sunday, a volunteer presenter will teach us about the life of one of their favorite saints and lead us in discussing what lessons we can learn and apply from their lives into our own lives.
